1. Scope
DEDEX offers dedicated server, VPS and VPN services in the regions listed on the site. These terms apply to every order made through the website.
2. Account
- We do not require government ID, legal name, phone number or home address to place an order.
- You may provide a contact method (e.g. email) for delivery of access details and service notices. You choose what to share.
- You are responsible for securing your credentials. Lost or leaked keys are not grounds for a payment reversal to a third party.
3. Billing & VAT
- Prices on the site are shown in USD for reference. Payment is only accepted on the Tron network through the in-site Connect wallet flow, in USDT (TRC-20), unless we explicitly announce otherwise.
- Where required, the displayed price includes Value-Added Tax (VAT) for the data-center’s jurisdiction (rates differ by country).
- Checkout sessions expire if not completed within the time shown at checkout. Unpaid orders are cancelled.
- The amount in USDT is set from the USD total at the rate applied when you start checkout.
- Longer terms (3 / 6 / 12 months) may include a discount and are charged in advance as stated in the product flow.
4. Provisioning
- Typical setup times are described on the product page (for example, dedicated services often go live within an hour of confirmed payment; smaller plans may be faster).
- Large or custom builds may take longer. We will keep delays reasonable and communicate via your contact method if something blocks deployment.
5. OS-only policy
Software we install with elevated privileges before you log in is a trust and privacy risk, so the default is base OS only. Anything beyond that is your responsibility to install and verify.
- Unless stated otherwise, you receive a clean OS image and access (e.g. SSH or provider panel) as described for that product.
- Where the product allows, you may supply your own ISO or image as offered in the order flow.
6. Acceptable use
Illegal content and activity are forbidden, including (without limitation) child sexual abuse material, malware C&C run against third parties without authorisation, large-scale attacks sent from our network, phishing at scale, and bulk unsolicited email in violation of law.
Legitimate security research, Tor / I2P / VPN / mixnet nodes, personal servers, and similar legal uses are generally allowed, subject to these terms and any product-specific rules.
7. Privacy & logs
- We design VPN offerings so we do not need traffic content logs. Technical limits are described in the product description.
- We keep only the minimum data required to run billing, abuse handling, and support. We do not sell personal data. We do not use third-party advertising or behaviour trackers on this site by default.
8. Uptime & SLA
- Availability targets, if any, are stated in the product description. Planned maintenance is announced in advance when practicable.
- Remedies for extended outages, if offered, are described in the product or order terms for that service.
9. Suspension & termination
- We may suspend or terminate a service for serious or repeated abuse of these terms, illegal activity, or non-payment, as described in the product terms.
- Data retention and deletion on termination are as stated for each product. Plan backups: we are not a backup provider unless you buy a product that explicitly includes backup.
10. Refunds
- Refund rules depend on the product. Where a refund is offered, it is returned the same way you paid (e.g. to the Tron wallet used for USDT) unless the law requires otherwise.
- One-time and hardware-linked orders may be non-refundable once deployment has started, as stated at checkout.
11. Limitation of liability
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages, except where the law does not allow that exclusion. Total liability, where it applies, is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the period stated in the product terms or, if none, a reasonable cap stated at checkout.
12. Governing law
Disputes are governed by the law applicable to the company named on your invoice or order confirmation, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise. We prefer to resolve issues by direct contact before any formal process.
